Cookie preferences
Use the control to review optional analytics, marketing and preference choices. Essential storage used to operate the cart, security and checkout remains necessary for the service. A choice is confirmed only after it has been saved.
Privacy requests
Email service@amberchlet.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, portability or an applicable opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Include the email used with the store so we can identify the relevant records. Do not attach identity documents unless we later explain a necessary and appropriate verification step.
Verification, authorized agents & appeals
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify a request and protect other people's data. An authorized agent may need to show authority, and we may need to verify the customer directly. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any permitted limitation and tell you how to appeal where that right applies. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Marketing communications
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us to request an opt-out. Service messages about an order, account security or a privacy request can still be sent where necessary. Cookie choices and email subscription preferences are separate.
Browser signals & Shopify
Supported Global Privacy Control signals can be processed through Shopify’s privacy tools where applicable. You can also manage browser storage directly, although clearing cookies may remove a saved choice. For data that Shopify controls, visit the Shopify Privacy Portal.
